Flexible SIPs supply & erection packages to suit any requirement
If you already have planning permission, we can design and manufacture the SIP kit to suit your architect’s drawings. From our factory in Central Perthshire we carefully manufacture all the components needed for your SIP kit and package them ready for delivery to site. We normally include the supply and fitting of windows to suit your specification, but always recommend using triple glazing to enhance the benefits of the SIP kit thermal qualities.
Our skilled kit erection teams are able to operate anywhere in the UK, providing a highly skilled and rapid kit erection service, whilst ensuring maximum quality control for the build.
It is worth noting that we are able to zero rate the VAT on new build projects when using our supply & erect service, assisting with your cash flow.

JML SIPs provided a first class service in building our four-bedroom house in Moray.
