Celebrating Apprentice Success at JML SIPs

It was a bright and breezy start to the day at JML SIPs, kicking off with bacon rolls and an early apprentice presentation at 8am.

We were really pleased to recognise Ewan and Ryan, who have both successfully completed their apprenticeships with the business.  To mark the occasion, we presented them with engraved Estwing hammers - a small but meaningful way of saying well done for the hard work, commitment and effort they’ve put in over the past few years.

We’re proud of how far they’ve come and felt it was important to take the time to acknowledge the milestone.  Thanks to Tony Linn from CITB for joining us and continuing to support apprentices and skills development within the construction and manufacturing industry.

Congratulations again to Ewan and Ryan - this is just the start, with plenty of opportunity ahead to build experience, take on more responsibility and continue growing their careers with JML SIPs.
